Nordic Hamstring Curl
The Nordic Hamstring Curl or Poor Man's GHD Raise
This is my 1st attempt of a full Nordic Curl. I tried these years ago and hated them and never tried them again until the other day.
I was watching a soilder do these and i was curious to see how far i could get lol..
I only helped myself slightly to get back up but i say i could do it with a week or two practice đ
