30 Days of Pull-Ups, Push-Ups & Squats. Day 1-10
On the 2nd of Feb i decide to set myself a challenge. I set myself a goal of 50 Full Pull-ups, 100 push-ups (chest to floor) & 100 squats for 30 days.
I set this goal just for the fun of it to see what change would happen, along with this challenge i was swimming 2-3 times a week for 1000m - 2000m.
I found this challenge extremely tough as my lats, shoulders & chest muscles where shorten quickly no matter how manys times i was stretching or getting rubbed out and then made swimming a nightmare.
